Disinfectants & Cleaning

The F10 Disinfection range aims to create a gold standard for hygiene, to prevent the spread of disease between people, animals, and the environment. The range includes surface disinfectants (including those with detergents and/or insecticides), aerosol foggers to disinfect air spaces, and a biofilm remover that removes the grime which harbours microbes.

F10 Super Concentrate Disinfectant

F10SC is our flagship product. It is a high performance surface acting biocidal compound which is effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi, as well as spores. Due to its inherently low toxicity and low irritation characteristics, it is widely used within the research laboratories, quarantine facilities, research and diagnostics laboratories, medical clinics, and various other institutions.

Fogging with F10SC to achieve a spray of fine mist-like droplets has been shown to be 100% effective in eliminating airborne micro-organisms. This is safe to do in the presence of people and animals; It is even FDA approved for nebulisation of animals with respiratory tract infections (including Aspergillosis).

Uses of F10SC at each dilution
1:500 - general disinfection, mopping of floors
1:250 - disinfection of surfaces and high touch areas (eg. door knobs, phone screen, remote control)
1:100 - hand sanitising

F10 Super Concentrate XD Disinfectant/Cleanser

F10SCXD is our proprietary F10 disinfectant with the addition of extra detergent. It is used for hard surface disinfection and cleaning of lightly soiled areas such as high foot traffic thoroughfares, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

F919 Biofilm Remover & Heavy Duty Degreaser

F919 Biofilm Remover & Heavy Duty Degreaser is an alkaline blend of surfactants plus sequestrants and detergents buffered for optimal activity. It has an emulsifying action for removing heavy soiling, protein, fats, natural oil deposits and biofilm from hard surfaces and equipment. Its mechanism of action is not reliant upon mechanical brushing or scrubbing actions, but interacts with the organic film to release it from the surface and take it up into suspension where it can be washed away. The clean surface can then be effectively disinfected with F10SC.

F10 Odour Eliminator

We all know that bad smells usually arise from bacteria. Our F10 Odour Eliminator contains a pine fragrance, working immediately to mask any malodour present. At the same time, the F10 proprietary disinfectant sanitises the air and surfaces. The product works synergistically to get rid of bad odours at the source.

F10 Surface Spray With Insecticide

In our tropical environment, insects are a particular nuisance. Our F10 Surface Spray with Insecticide is a hard surface disinfectant for food storage areas or animal housing, effective against flying and crawling pests such as cockroaches, blowflies, fleas, midges, mites, mosquitoes, and ticks. Not for use in the presence of cats.

F10 Aerosol Fogger

Our flagship F10SC also comes in an aerosol fogger form! Apart from hard surface disinfection, it also allows for the disinfection of air spaces. Tests have shown that aerosol disinfection is an effective method of carrying out high level disinfection of air spaces.

F10 Cold Sterilant With Rust Inhibitor

The F10 Sterilant is a high performance, surface acting, biocidal compound derived from the F10 core actives, for use in the rapid sterilization of heat sensitive devices and surgical instruments. It can be used for the cold sterilization of stainless steel instruments, flexible and rigid endoscopes, urinary catheters, endotracheal tubes, suture needles, latex drains, clipper blades and sensitive dental, orthopaedic and ophthalmology instruments. After being fully submerged for only 10 minutes, instruments are sterile, and are immediately ready to use. No rinsing necessary.
